Nashua, NH (August 18, 2015) – Grape Time Winery, a division of IncrediBREW, is proud to announce they have been awarded numerous medals in two different 2015 national and international wine competitions.
- Gold Medal: Big E Northeast Gold Wine Competition: Granny Smith Riesling
- Gold Medal: Big E Northeast Gold Wine Competition: Italian Amarone
- Silver Medal: Indy International Wine Competition: Pomegranate Zinfandel, First Blush
- Silver Medal: Indy International Wine Competition: Hard Pear Cider, Catastrophic
- Bronze Medal: Indy International Wine Competition: Hard Apple Cider, Catatonic
Grape Time Winery is Nashua’s only winery and a division of IncrediBREW, the oldest brew-on-premise brewery in the nation. IncrediBREW is celebrating 20 years in business in Nashua, NH this month, serving craft beer brewers and wine makers from all over New England. Original owners, Dave and Nancy Williams, retired earlier this year and IncrediBREW continues in business under the new ownership of Erik and Sky Croswell.

We are excited to take the helm at IncrediBREW and Grape Time Winery and look to continue this great local business for another 20 years and beyond.”
Over the years the winery has received over 30 medals and two Best-in-Class awards from the Indy International Wine Competition as well as many other medals and similar recognition from competitions like the Big E Northeast Gold Wine Competition, the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, and others.
Grape Time Winery is also proud to partner with the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, The Humane Society for Greater Nashua,and the Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of their wine and cider goes directly to these organizations to help care for homeless animals in the community. The wines and ciders are available for sale at over 30 NH liquor stores and retail beverage establishments, and many restaurant and grocery stores in Southern NH. The winery offers wine making facilities, classes, and tastings, as well as brew-on-premise craft beer brewing and soda making.

Over 2,000 entries from 11 countries and 40 U.S. states were evaluated by distinguished judges at the 2015 INDY International Wine Competition. Wine writers and winemakers, winegrowers and enologists, chefs and sommeliers, wine distributors, retailers and consumers meet for this competition every year in the heart of America, a truly central place for wines to be recognized.
About the Big E Northeast Gold Wine Competition
The tenth annual Big E Northeast Gold Wine Competition showcased some of the best tasting wines of New England and New York. Over 200 entries from 38 wineries were judged at the 2015 Eastern States Exposition by a panel of wine aficionados from across the country. Judges evaluated the wines based on the 20 point UCAL Davis System and the medals awarded were Double Gold, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Judges are from a variety of backgrounds sommeliers, educators, enologist, winemakers, writers, importers, retailers and industry consultants from throughout the East coast.
And…Best of Class!
In results just announced by the 2013 Indy International Wine Competition, our winery was honored with a Gold medal for Granny Smith Riesling, a Silver medal for Blackberry Port, and a Bronze medal for Super Tuscan.
Even more exciting: Granny Smith Riesling was awarded Best in Class, an honor given to only one wine which best represents the style.
The INDY is the largest scientifically organized and independent wine competition in the United States, the world’s largest wine market. 2300 entries from 15 countries and 40 US states were evaluated by 50 distinguished judges. Wine writers and winemakers, winegrowers and enologists, chefs and sommeliers, wine distributors, retailers and consumers meet every year in Indiana for this event.
Our Chocolate Raspberry Port and Green Apple Riesling have stirred the excitement of our wine customers but now they have also excited the judges of the Indy International Wine Competition. Both were honored with Gold Medals in this prestigious Competition! In addition, our Malbec and Pinotage were awarded Silver Medals and German Riesling and Gruner Veltliner each took a Bronze. The Indy International is the largest scientifically organized and independent wine competition in the United States. More than 3000 commercial entries from 12 countries and 39 states were evaluated by a distinguished panel of 80 judges. We are honored and very proud of this recognition!
Grape Time Winery Honored 3 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze
On March 28th and 29th, 2009, judges gathered at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition and evaluated thousands of wines from around the country and the world. We are honored to be awarded a silver medal for our Chocolate Raspberry Port, Merlot, and Gruner Veltliner, as well as a bronze medal for our Pinotage. It is always exciting and humbling to see professional judges rank our wines among the best.
The International Eastern Wine Competition just announced that we won Silver Medals for our Chocolate Raspberry Port and Gruner Veltliner. In addition they judged our German Riesling, Cabernet/Shiraz, and White Zinfandel worthy of Bronze Medals.
On the West Coast, at the 2009 Riverside, California International Wine Competition, our Winery was honored with 2 Silver Medals, one for our popular Chocolate Raspberry Port and one for our Granny Smith Riesling. This wine competition season has been a thrill for us as we have seen our wines scoring well across the country against national and international wines. We are very proud of the quality of our wines and it nice to see the validation by judges on the big stage.

The International Eastern Wine Competition is one of the oldest and largest competitions in the United States. This event was recently held in the Finger Lakes region of New York with over 2,100 entries, including wines from 16 countries and 34 states. Grape Time Winery won a Silver Medal for its Super Tuscan and Bronze for Gruner Veltliner.
The 2008 Indy International Wine Competition, held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Blue Ribbon Pavilion, is the largest wine competition in the US. This year the Indy International brought in over 3,200 wines from 15 countries. A total of 4 silver medals were awarded to Grape Time Winery, one each for Cabernet/ Shiraz, Zweigelt, Super Tuscan and Chocolate Raspberry Port. 2 Bronze medals were presented for Viognier and Gruner Veltliner.
